ONE MINUTE OF SILENCE...

I want to inspire people to hold one minute of silence for those who are in pain, 

those who suffer, 

those who are cold today, 

those who do not have any food, 

those without a place to live, 

all the children that are dreading christmas because of all of the alcohol,

and I want to have a moments silence for those who are addicted and still suffering, trying to kick the beast!
