RUNIC WISDOM

Find a belll sound you like.
Then, two or three times, at random moments throughout the day, let it be sounded.
And when you hear the bell, cease all activity.
No talking.
No working on whatever you were doing.
Still yout mind, simply sit or stanf quietly and breathe.
Just for a minute.
Then let the bell sound again.
This bell meditation or calling a time out, serves as a circuit breaker in our daily rounds, to bring us back to our center, where peace is our true activity.
